Presentata la seconda edizione di EmiliaFoodFest il festival dei sapori e della tradizione della Via Emilia in programma a Carpi dal 22 al 24 settembre. Il festival cultural-gastronomico si svilupperà nel centro storico di Carpi a partire da Piazza dei Martiri, per estensione una delle più grandi piazze italiane, con produttori provenienti dalle varie province emiliano – romagnole per far conoscere e degustare i sapori del territorio in un vero e proprio viaggio sensoriale
È stata presentata questa mattina la seconda edizione di EmiliaFoodFest il festival dei sapori e della tradizione della Via Emilia in programma a Carpi dal 22 al 24 settembre. Il festival cultural-gastronomico si svilupperà nel centro storico di Carpi a partire da Piazza dei Martiri, per estensione una delle più grandi piazze italiane, con produttori provenienti dalle varie province emiliano – romagnole per far conoscere e degustare i sapori del territorio in un vero e proprio viaggio sensoriale. “L’edizione 2022 è stato un grande successo con tantissime persone venute da fuori Carpi per seguire la manifestazione. – spiega Alberto Bellelli, Sindaco del Comune di Carpi – Fin dal giorno successivo insieme a SGP Grandi Eventi e agli altri soggetti che contribuiscono all’organizzazione, abbiamo iniziato ad immaginare cosa poter aggiungere a quella che si era rivelata una formula vincente. Gli ingredienti potrebbero sembrare semplici e basilari: un contesto meraviglioso come Piazza dei Martiri e le eccellenze gastronomiche della food valley. Ma questa terra, questa comunità non ha mai ragionato sulla semplice somma ricercando quel valore aggiunto che renda speciale un evento. E questo valore aggiunto è l’amalgama che si è creato con tutti i partner di EmiliaFoodFest. Le DOP emiliano-romagnole sono un valore che si aggiorna continuamente quantitativamente e qualitativamente. Un valore che è un “ponte sul mondo” che siamo orgogliosi parta da Carpi e dalla sua piazza”.
“Siamo orgogliosi e felici che questo festival, un evento unico in regione, che racchiude storia e tradizione della nostra arte culinaria sia diventato una tradizione per Carpi. – spiega Stefania Gasparini, Assessore alla Promozione del Centro Storico del Comune di Carpi – Proprio la nostra città, infatti, è sia geograficamente che storicamente il centro delle tante eccellenze enogastronomiche della nostra regione. Eccellenze che vanno valorizzate anche perché sono parte fondamentale della nostra economia”. “La Camera di Commercio di Modena non ha fatto mancare anche quest’anno il proprio sostegno a Emilia Food Festival, manifestazione di sicuro interesse per la promozione delle eccellenze agroalimentari del nostro territorio. – spiega Giuseppe Molinari, Presidente della Camera di Commercio di Modena – Mi preme evidenziare anche che quest’anno ricorre il ventennale del marchio Tradizione e sapori di Modena, creato dall’ente camerale nel 2003 per tutelare e valorizzare le tipicità agricole e gastronomiche della provincia e che ha raccolto negli anni un ricco paniere di 26 prodotti e 300 produttori, oltre all’apprezzamento dei consumatori”.“Il successo ottenuto dalla prima edizione di Emilia Food Fest è lì a dimostrarlo: l’eccellenza agroalimentare della nostra regione, quella modenese in particolare, è un elemento di richiamo fortissimo, come testimoniano anche i dati riguardanti il turismo. – spiega Claudio Medici, Presidente CNA Modena – Segno che l’impegno che da anni mettiamo in questo tipo di attività non è fine a sé stesso, ma rappresenta un contributo allo sviluppo economico della comunità. Siamo convinti che EmiliaFoodFest abbia tutti i numeri per diventare una manifestazione di riferimento per il sistema agroalimentare del nostro territorio”.

The second edition of EmiliaFoodFest has been presented, the festival of flavors and traditions of the Via Emilia scheduled in Carpi from 22 to 24 September. The second edition of EmiliaFoodFest was presented this morning, the festival of flavors and traditions of the Via Emilia scheduled in Carpi from 22 to 24 September. The cultural-gastronomic festival will take place in the historic center of Carpi starting from Piazza dei Martiri, by extension one of the largest Italian squares, with producers from the various Emilia-Romagna provinces to introduce and taste the flavors of the territory in a real own sensorial journey. “The 2022 edition was a great success with many people coming from outside Carpi to follow the event. – explains Alberto Bellelli, Mayor of the Municipality of Carpi – From the following day together with SGP Grandi Eventi and the other subjects who contribute to the organisation, we began to imagine what we could add to what had turned out to be a winning formula. The ingredients might seem simple and basic: a wonderful context like Piazza dei Martiri and the gastronomic excellences of the food valley. But this land, this community has never thought about the simple sum, seeking that added value that makes an event special. And this added value is the amalgam that was created with all the EmiliaFoodFest partners. The Emilia-Romagna PDOs are a value that is continuously updated quantitatively and qualitatively. A value that is a “bridge to the world” that we are proud of starts from Carpi and its square”.
